It wasn’t until my cousin told me he wanted to get into the website design game, and seeing his progress, that i finally saw how far i’ve come as a website designer. Not just a website designer, but a freelance website designer.
The stuff we go through and accomplish on a daily basis is unbelievable to most. It’s not easy. 9-5 is easy.. not knowing when your next invoice will be paid so you can pay your bills is hard. It can be financially rewarding, but we don’t get enough credit. People thing we sit back and collect, but we’re doing the jobs of what should be a full staff!
